The MIL-STD-461, respectively IEC 61000-4-25 and AECTP 500, is applicable to equipment or subsystems located outside a shielded facility. The RS105 test method describes a transient electromagnetic pulse of up to 50 kV/m (-0dB, +6dB), double exponential waveform with a rise time in the nanosecond range. It is applied to the equipment under test (EUT) at least 5 times. The EUT should not exhibit any signs of performance degradation
