The high impedance adapter converts the broadband signal from its high impedance input to its 50 ohm output. This enables for instance connecting high impedance voltage probes to a 50 ohm input of a transmission device, of a preamplifier or of a measurement equipment directly.
The preamplifiers from Montena are small and shielded general purpose broadband signal preamplifiers on battery. They are typically used for the measurement of small signals during EMC tests.
